Who we are

Mirelia (https://mirelia-lb.com) is an online leather goods store based in Lebanon. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Data we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with your order details.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from that service. We never receive or store your Google or Facebook password.

Our website uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart.

How we use your data

We use your data only to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, and contact you about them. We do not sell your personal data. We share delivery details only with the delivery or payment providers needed to complete your order.

User data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete your account and personal data. Send an email to mirelia.lb25@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices). If you signed in with Facebook or Google, you can also remove Mirelia from the apps connected to your Facebook or Google account settings.

ميرليا (https://mirelia-lb.com) متجر إلكتروني لمنتجات الجلد في Lebanon. توضح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي نجمعها, وسبب جمعها, وكيف يمكنك طلب حذفها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

عند إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب, نجمع المعلومات التي تقدّمها: الاسم, رقم الهاتف, البريد الإلكتروني, عنوان التوصيل, وتفاصيل الطلب.

إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook, نحصل فقط على اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة ملفك الشخصي. لا نحصل أبداً على كلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابك.

يستخدم موقعنا ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) اللازمة لإبقائك مسجّلاً وحفظ سلة مشترياتك.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك فقط لإدارة حسابك, وتنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها, والتواصل معك بشأنها. لا نبيع بياناتك, ونشارك بيانات التوصيل فقط مع شركات التوصيل أو الدفع اللازمة لإتمام طلبك.

حذف بيانات المستخدم

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية, بإرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى mirelia.lb25@gmail.com من البريد المرتبط بحسابك بعنوان «حذف بياناتي». نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً, باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل الفواتير). وإذا سجّلت عبر Facebook أو Google, يمكنك أيضاً إزالة ميرليا من التطبيقات المرتبطة في إعدادات حسابك.
